BeSafe Pregnant
Some pregnant women avoid wearing their seatbelt due to discomfort and potential additional risks in an accident. Yet, wearing a seatbelt is mandatory. BeSafe has developed a solution: the BeSafe Pregnant. The BeSafe Pregnant is a belt guide that positions the lap belt lower, just beneath the pregnant belly. This not only enhances comfort but also significantly improves safety for pregnant women. The impact is redirected from the abdomen to the pelvis. The BeSafe Pregnant is nearly identical to the BeSafe Pregnant iZi FIX; the sole difference is that the BeSafe Pregnant can only be used at the front with a belt, whereas the BeSafe iZi FIX can be used both at the front with a belt and at the back with ISOfix. From the 2nd month of pregnancy (week 8), it is advised to use the BeSafe Pregnant iZi FIX.
