Dimensions of a cot

Once you’ve found your favourite nursery room, it’s time to think about how you’d like to put the set together. Do you go for a complete nursery room or do you only need a few pieces of furniture? In almost all cases, you can choose between a cot measuring 60 x 120 cm or a cot measuring 70 x 140 cm. Some nursery rooms also come with a matching bassinet. In the video below with tips and advice about cots, the pros and cons of these sizes are explained in detail. Some nursery rooms also come with a desk and a bed measuring 90 x 200 cm. This way, you can continue using the wardrobe from the nursery room in the children’s room as your child grows. You can then replace the chest of drawers with a desk and the cot with a large bed from the same range. All nursery rooms in our range meet European safety standards.
